Returns & Exchange
At Nature’s Beauty Aisle, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and exchange policy below.
Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or custom products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at orders@naturesbeautyaisle.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, etc.).
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at orders@naturesbeautyaisle.co.za with your order number and the details of the issue.
- Exchange Process: If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and will send out the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
